Q. What do you use to edit your images?

A: I edit my work using Adobe Lightroom 3.5 and Adobe Photoshop. 

 

Q. What do I get for the price?

A: You get a disk with all of your images edited in color and some black and whites. You can also have a couple 8×10′s or a 5×7 of a photo. For just a few dollars more I can create you a photo book with all of your images edited and in a nice book to show off to friends and family.

 

Q. how long does it take to receive my photos?

A: Between 1-3 weeks. I touch-up every single photo that is given to you to ensure that your photos are  extra special. I give you a disk filled with all of your beautiful images.I then upload your photos to my website where you can show them off to family and friends or purchase photo merchandise available through my website.

 

Q: What equipment do you use ?

A: I am all about the Nikon gear. I currently shoot with the Nikon 3100 with 14 mega pixels.

 

Q: How do payments work?

A: Payments can be made in cash, check, or direct deposit. Please email for details. Customers must pay, depending on what type of shoot, 25% to 50% of the money owed at least 72 hours after booking the scheduled date.  This money ensures your spot and is Non-Refundable. Weddings require a Non-Refundable 50% payment prior to one month before the wedding.

 

Q. What if I need to cancel?

A: Cancellation Policy

I realize life takes twists and turns that are unpredictable and often out of your control; thus, you may have to cancel for one reason or another.

 Customers must pay,depending on what type of shoot, 25% to 50% of the money owed at least 72 hours after booking the scheduled date. This money ensures your spot and is Non-Refundable unless cancellation is death or health related.

Weddings require a Non-Refundable 50% payment prior to one month before the wedding.

 If cancellation is death or health related the fee will be waved and your money refunded.

If cancellation is sever weather related in the case of outdoor shoots, the  session will be rescheduled at the earliest available date.

In the event of illness of the photographer, an emergency in the photographers family or other unforeseen event, no cancellation fee will be accessed and the session will be rescheduled at the earliest available date.

 

Q. What happens if i’m running late?

A: Please call me! If you do not call with an explanation as to why you are late there will be a $25 to $50 dollar charge. $25 for 15 mins and $50 for anything later than 20 mins. I book shoots back to back so if you are late if conflicts with my other shoots or meetings.
